In a series of educational weekly lectures organized by MUT for its students, and in the presence of Dr. Sami Menkara and MUT faculty and staff, Mr. Karim Habib lectured on the "Global Financial Crisis" noting chronological events, both direct and indirect, that led to the negative consequences that resulted or may result in the Arab World in general, and in Lebanon in Particular.

Mr. Habib also presented the various plans put forth by economists to cushion the negative impact of the crisis. Mr. Habib answered questions raised by the audience about the subject at land.
